Some traditions never change
only the friends that we share with…
Although people have separate lives, they will share their life stories happily after a few shots.
We import directly from the distilleries.
We are proud that the products that we offer in the US are exactly the same as what you would find on your table in China. You choose your friends and we will help you serve the best “white liquor” (baijiu) from old China.

More about BaiJiu
Each batch of fermented grains is typically distilled four times, with the results stored separately for later blending.
What goes into a particular brand of baijiu will be a mixture of the different distillings from a batch, but may also include distillings from other batches with different grain blends, and may also include distillings from previous years.

The strengths typically range from 38 to 53% alcohol. Each formula is a very closely guarded secret and each distillery has professional tasters to ensure continuity of flavors and strengths.
